The PLUS SP300 is an improved generation of coffee machines Staresso with a larger 53 mm basket and a more stable folding base. The segmented hydraulic system can develop a stable pressure of 15–20 bar without the use of electricity. The result is optimal, consistent extraction and espresso quality comparable to commercial lever coffee machines.
