Espresso mirror

An espresso mirror is a useful tool that helps baristas watch the espresso extraction process from below. It is a small mirror placed under the portafilter or spout of the coffee machine. It allows you to clearly see how the espresso flows, especially when using a bottomless (naked) portafilter.
