How to return goods in your country?

Return conditions

You can return goods to us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

The goods must be unused, in 100% condition, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging.

You are entitled to use the goods only to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. You may only handle and inspect the goods in a manner that would be possible in a shop.

For example:

  • You can take the coffee maker out of the box, assemble it, and visually inspect it, but you cannot put it into operation.
  • You can take the grinder out of the box, assemble it, and visually inspect it, but you cannot grind coffee with the grinder.

During Christmas, we extended the deadline for the possibility of returning goods until January 15, 2024.
It applies to goods purchased from November 15 to December 23, 2024. The goods must be unused, in 100% condition, without damage, without soiling and including the original packaging.

 

Where should I send the returned goods?

We have a return address in every country. You do not need to worry about the high cost of returning goods to our central warehouse in Slovakia.

Reverse logistics is provided by Packeta delivery service. The goods you send to our return address are then forwarded by Packeta to our central warehouse in Slovakia.

How to pack the goods and what to put into the shipment?

Please pack the goods carefully so that they don´t get damaged during the transport. You can also use our packaging materials (if you still have them), it will be more environmentally friendly :-).

Include this withdrawal form with the parcel. If you do not have a printer, you can email it to us. It is best if you also email us your IBAN so that we can avoid typos when we read your handwritten IBAN.

Send the goods in 100% good condition, without any damage, without any dirt and in the original packaging.

 

When and how do I get my refund?

We will refund you as soon as the parcel is delivered to us and we have checked it. This is usually within 5-8 working days from the time the goods are delivered to our return address in your country.

If you paid for your order online, we will refund the amount to your account linked to the card you used to pay online.

If you paid by bank transfer or chose cash on delivery, please let us know the IBAN account to which we should refund your money.
