Bonjour,
Je viens de faire l'acquisition d'un ROK Ginger et de son moulin.
Pourriez vous m'expliquer pourquoi le smartshot basket ne comporte pas plusieurs trous comme le standart basket ?

Hello, here's the technical difference between the two: The Smartshot basket is designed to facilitate extraction. By having fewer holes, it creates some of the resistance needed to generate pressure. It's more forgiving if your grind isn't perfectly adjusted or if your coffee isn't as fresh as it used to be, thus guaranteeing a beautiful crema every time. The standard basket, on the other hand, leaves all the control to the grind. The coffee itself (its fineness and tamping) creates the resistance. It requires more precision in adjusting your grinder, but it allows you to extract much more complex and subtle flavors from your specialty beans.

Voici la différence technique entre les deux :

Le panier Smartshot est conçu pour faciliter l'extraction. En ayant moins de trous, il crée lui-même une partie de la résistance nécessaire pour générer la pression. Il est plus "indulgent" si votre mouture n'est pas parfaitement ajustée ou si votre café n'est plus de première fraîcheur, garantissant ainsi une belle crema à chaque fois.

Le panier standard, en revanche, laisse tout le contrôle à la mouture. C'est le café lui-même (sa finesse et son tassage) qui crée la résistance. Il demande plus de précision dans le réglage de votre moulin, mais il permet d'extraire des saveurs beaucoup plus complexes et subtiles de vos grains de spécialité.
