No, this third-generation Black Mirror DUO operates completely independently without a connection to the mobile app, so it does not offer the ability to save recipe profiles or measurement history. All data – weight from both sensors, flow rate and time – is shown only directly on the display in real time whilst the dish is being prepared.

The scale is designed primarily for method Pour-over thanks to its two independent measuring zones – one at the dripper and the other at the server. You can also grind and weigh espresso coffee on it, but its main added value – namely, monitoring the flow rate and the difference between the water poured and the resulting drink – is best utilised during drip brewing, not with espresso.
Váha je navrhnutá predovšetkým pre metódu pour-over vďaka dvom nezávislým meracím zónam - jednej pri dripperi a druhej pri serveri. Zomlieť a odvážiť si na nej môžete aj kávu na espresso, no jej hlavná pridaná hodnota, teda sledovanie prietoku a rozdielu medzi nalievanou vodou a výsledným nápojom, sa naplno uplatní práve pri prekvapkávaní, nie pri espresse.
