What is the difference between the Chestnut S3 and the Chestnut C5 ESP PRO when making an espresso?
Aký je rozdiel medzi Chestnut S3 a modelom Chestnut C5 ESP Pro pri príprave espressa?
The S3 is primarily designed for alternative brewing methods (pour-over, batch brew) and, although it can handle finer grinds, it may reach the limits of its resistance when used with professional 58mm espresso portafilters, particularly with light roast beans. The Chestnut C5 ESP PRO, on the other hand, features a modified adjustment mechanism specifically calibrated for micrometric fine-tuning of espresso, making it a more suitable choice if espresso is the main priority, whilst still being capable of handling alternative brewing methods.
S3 je určený predovšetkým pre alternatívne metódy (pour-over, batch brew) a hoci zvládne aj jemnejšie mletie, pri profesionálnych 58mm košíkoch na espresso môže naraziť na limity odporu, najmä pri svetlo pražených zrnách. Chestnut C5 ESP Pro má naopak upravený mechanizmus nastavenia špecificky kalibrovaný pre mikrometrické doladenie espressa, a je tak vhodnejšou voľbou, ak je espresso hlavnou prioritou, pričom stále zvládne aj alternatívne metódy.
