Can I use boiling water to make coffee or do I have to wait for the water to cool to a lower temperature?

Na prípravu kávy môžem použiť aj vriacu vodu alebo musím počkať, nech voda schladne na nižšiu teplotu?

We recommend not using completely boiling water. It is ideal to wait about 30–60 seconds after squeezing (approximately 85–95°C) to avoid a bitter taste and achieve better extraction.

Odporúčame nepoužívať úplne vriacu vodu. Ideálne je počkať cca 30–60 sekúnd po zovretí (približne 85–95 °C), aby ste predišli horkej chuti a dosiahli lepšiu extrakciu.
