A practical addition to the Bellmann espresso machine. It's used "almost" like a portafilter machine. 1. Fill with water, attach the top, and close the valve. 2. Heat it up. 3. Simultaneously, grind the coffee, fill the portafilter, and attach it. 4. When the pressure is right, hold a cup underneath, open the valve, and let as much coffee/espresso flow as desired. Steps 3 and 4 can be repeated as long as the water level in the Bellmann is sufficient. 5. If you want milk or milk foam, use the steam wand to froth it. And all this without a power outlet—simply use a (gas) stove or camping stove. Advantage: After the first espresso, you can keep the Bellmann under pressure and at the correct temperature, allowing you to quickly prepare another one. This isn't possible with the original combination, as the portafilter is integrated into the machine. You can also grind the coffee finer without using filter paper.

Praktische Ergänzung für den Bellmann. Zu benutzen, "fast" wie eine Siebträgermaschine.
1. Wasser einfüllen und den Aufsatz befestigen und natürlich das Ventil schließen.
2. aufheizen
3. parallel dazu den Kaffee mahlen und in den Siebträger füllen und befestigen.
4. Beim passenden Druck Tasse darunter halten und Ventil aufdrehen und so viel Kaffee/Espresso laufen lassen, wie man möchte.
3. und 4. kann man so oft wiederholen, solange der Wasserpegel im Bellmann ausreicht.
5. Und wenn man Milch bzw. Milchschaum möchte, anschließend mit dem Dampfauslass die Milch aufschäumen.
Und das alles ohne Stromanschluss, einfach auf dem (Gas-)Herd oder Campingkocher.
Vorteil: Man kann den Bellmann nun nach dem ersten Espresso unter Druck und Temperatur halten und dann später schnell einen weiteren bereiten. Das ist mit der ursprünglichen Kombination nicht möglich, da sich dort der Siebträger im Gerät befindet.
Und man kann den Kaffee feiner mahlen ohne Filterpapier zu benutzen.
