this coffee machine is a game changer. I bought this machine for travelling and it's really useful. in my perspective, it's better to use hot water to make the water quickly boiled. moreover, the pressure for the steam is very strong like professional machine. I find this machine is quite handy. However, the plastic tamper is not very good because it's not stable and I prefer the ordinary tamper. It will be nice if you include the heavy tamper. thank you
