If you love coffee, this is a machine you must have. Not only for the quality of the coffee but also for the experience it gives you in the preparation. You enjoy every single step, from the grinding to the sound of the coffee falling into the cup....
If I really have to make a remark they should also include the double espresso spout which I had to buy separately.... But this detail does not deter me from putting 5 stars

We are very happy with our purchase. I got it as a gift for my boyfriend. The coffee machine itself not only offers a rich, unique flavor, great crema, great texture but is also a beautiful piece in our kitchen. We paired it with the Royal Flair Grinder and they work amazing together. I really want to also praise the whole delivery process. The shipment was super fast, in just a few days, and the packaging was very meticulous and secured. I still can't believe how fast it was, I got an email that my order was delivered for shipping literally 10 minutes after my order, and the package was full of cute drawings saying thank you, instructions for everything, and everything packed beautifully. bought as a gift, excellent quality product. It takes a bit of experimentation and an adequate grinder to be able to obtain a good coffee but once you get the hang of it the leap in quality with a moka is decidedly greater than I would have initially expected. Perfect and fast shipping, excellent packaging and I really appreciated the message I found inside the package :)
