Thank you lesswastecoffee for you excellent service and fast delivery! About the Rok grinder itself, I love the ease of manual grinding, it goes very smoothly. However, it is difficult to set the grindsize. You never know exactly where you're at, always have to go to the zero point and than count the clicks, but mine sometimes doesn't click but rotates so I don't know where I'm at, and than have to start over again from zero until it feels like clicking again. I don't know what I am doing wrong, but until now I have not been able to grind coars. All in all I'm still happy with the purchase, it grinds so much better than my previous cheap manual grinder.

The grinder is great for espresso, especially the vertical crank makes the whole thing much more pleasant. Unfortunately, the machine doesn't stay on the table as well as you would like.

Für Espresso ist die Mühle super, gerade die Vertikale Kurbel macht das Ganze deutlich angenehmer. Leider hält die Maschine nicht so gut auf dem Tisch wie man sich das wünschen würde.

I would like to highlight the customer service and how good they were with me after receiving a faulty first unit. I sent it back free of charge and they sent me a new one free of charge as well. Very happy with the service. And now also with the mill :)

Quiero destacar la atención al cliente y lo bien que se portaron conmigo tras recibir una primera unidad defectuosa. La envié de vuelta sin coste alguno y me enviaron otra nueva sin coste alguno también. Muy contento con el servicio. Y ahora también con el molino :)

I am very happy with the coffee grinder! Grinding is extremely fast, so we now grind fresh coffee every morning...
Very even grind and very fine adjustment options!
I would buy the grinder again at any time and can highly recommend it!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Kaffeemühle! Das Mahlen geht extrem schnell, so dass wir uns jetzt jeden Morgen schnell frisch den Kafee mahlen...
Sehr gleichmäßiges Mahlgut und sehr feine Einstellmöglichkeiten!

I am very satisfied with the purchase of the grinder. As in many cases it has both positive and negative sides. The positives are that it is fast, does not require a lot of actuation force, is quiet, good gradient control. The negatives are that it doesn't have a coffee vat cover which means there is a risk of beans jumping out during grinding plus it collects dust during the stationary period and that the grinding degree setting system doesn't have a scale to know where you reposition it after cleaning the grinder. My quick solution to the first setbacks was to adapt a plastic lid from a fruit yogurt, but such "lids" can be made from many materials. All in all, as I said above, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Sunt foarte mulțumit de achiziția râșniței. Ca în multe cazuri are și părți pozitive, dar și negative.
Cele pozitive sunt că este rapidă, nu necesită forță mare de acționare, este silențioasă, control bun al gradientului.
Cele negative sunt ca nu are un capac al cuvei de cafea ceea ce înseamnă că există riscul să mai sară boabe în timpul râșnirii plus că adună praf în perioada de staționare și că sistemul de setare a gradului de măcinare nu are o scală ca să știi unde îl repoziționezi după curățarea râșniței. Soluția mea rapidă la primele neajunsuri a fost să adaptez un capac de plastic de la un iaurt cu fructe, dar astfel de "capace" se pot realiza din mai multe materiale.
Una peste alta, așa cum spuneam mai sus, eu sunt foarte mulțumit de achiziție.
