Service and delivery are excellent. The grinder knows what it needs, but the wooden handle fell off the handle after about 2 weeks, so I'm not very happy with it.

Although I didn't even register the friction itself. Perhaps the manufacturer has already adjusted it in production. The adjustment of the grinding coarseness is not as detailed as with some more specialized grinders. Only 0-11 degrees, no in-between. It is said that a very fine grind for espresso is not quite ideal. I can neither confirm nor deny this yet. The handle cannot be folded into a stowable travel position like other grinders, but that is rather an advantage because it is so strong and reliable. It can just be planted and stored next to the grinder, for example in the included bag.
