Description

The Eureka FIRENZE 75 is a commercial electric coffee grinder designed for use in cafés, restaurants and other establishments with a high coffee consumption. It features 75 mm hardened steel flat burrs and a 340 W motor, achieving an output of approximately 3.2–3.6 g/s. The large 2 kg coffee bean hopper means you can work without frequent refills.

It has a touchscreen display with controls for three programmable doses and continuous mode. The patented stepless micrometric grind adjustment enables fine-tuning of your espresso, while the ACE system minimises clumping and reduces static in the ground coffee. The grinder is equipped with an adjustable portafilter fork, work area lighting, and multiple options for starting the grinding process.

  • 75 mm flat burrs – are made of hardened steel and are designed for rapidly grinding espresso coffee in a professional setting.
  • The high grinding speed of 3.2–3.6 g/s – the high grinding speed reduces the time required to prepare a single dose.
  • Stepless micrometric grind adjustment – Eureka’s patented system offers an unlimited number of intermediate positions and allows for precise adjustment of the grind size. The mechanism works by shifting the lower burr, so there is no need to re-adjust to the original setting after maintenance.

  • Three ways to start grinding – grinding can be started via a microsensor on the portafilter, via the display, or a combination of both methods.
