Hello, unfortunately, the split spout adapter like the Flair PRO is not available for the Flair 49. Therefore, the espresso cannot be divided directly into two cups at the same time.

pro Flair 49 bohužel není dostupný split spout adaptér jako u Flair PRO. Espresso tedy nelze rozdělit přímo do dvou šálků současně.

What is the list of accessories provided (travel case?).

I don't see any electrical cords in the videos. How do you heat the coffee water? Do you use electricity or do you have to pour boiling water into the machine?

Nei video non vedo nessun cavo elettrico. Come si scalda l’acqua del caffè? A corrente oppure bisogna versare acqua bollente nella macchina?

Good morning, that's right – this coffee machine doesn't have any electric heating, so you need to pour in hot water. The water must be heated separately. Before brewing, we recommend: - preheating the cylinder (brew head) with hot water - then pouring in fresh, hot water for brewing

Buongiorno, esatto – questa macchina da caffè non ha alcun riscaldamento elettrico, quindi è necessario versare acqua già calda. L’acqua va riscaldata separatamente.
Prima dell’estrazione si consiglia di:
- preriscaldare il cilindro (brew head) con acqua calda
- poi versare acqua fresca e calda per l’estrazione
