Hi Mizuka, the ROK Grinder GC is generally a good choice if you want to minimize retention. Since it's a manual grinder without a bean hopper, you only grind the freshly added amount. This leaves very little coffee grounds inside, and switching between different beans is easy. However, the workflow is even more convenient with modern single-dose grinders like the 1Zpresso models (e.g., J-Ultra or K-Ultra), especially if you frequently switch between different coffee varieties and grind settings. These grinders are specifically designed for this purpose and have virtually no retention.

der ROK Grinder GC ist grundsätzlich eine gute Wahl, wenn Sie möglichst wenig Totraum möchten. Da es sich um eine manuelle Mühle ohne Bohnenbehälter handelt, mahlen Sie immer nur die frisch eingefüllte Menge. Dadurch bleibt nur sehr wenig Kaffee im Inneren zurück, und ein Wechsel zwischen verschiedenen Bohnen ist gut möglich.
Allerdings ist der Workflow bei modernen Single-Dose-Mühlen wie den Modellen von 1Zpresso (z. B. J-Ultra oder K-Ultra) noch etwas komfortabler, insbesondere wenn Sie sehr häufig zwischen verschiedenen Kaffeesorten und Mahlgraden wechseln möchten.
