Compared to the flagship Flair 58 model, it has a narrower and deeper basket, making it easier to dial in the grind, resulting in a more stable extraction and a reduced risk of channeling.

The entire extraction system is made of stainless steel without the use of plastics, contributing to a cleaner taste and better thermal stability. Naturally, it also includes a pressure gauge to monitor extraction pressure, helping you achieve ideal results.
