Make the perfect milk foam for cappuccino or latte, or different types of sauces with this milk foamer.
How to do it: Pour 3 cm of semi-skimmed milk, cooled to about 5°C (milk from the fridge), into the whisk bowl. Whisk until frothy enough to make 2 or 3 servings of cappuccino. Milk with a fat content of at least 1.5% makes an excellent milk foam, which can replace whipping cream or cream with a fat content of 10-33%.
