The grinder is absolutely good for what I bought it for. It's a travel grinder for espresso, it easily takes that range, it doesn't take 1 minute to grind 18g of light coffee for espresso. (for me, who weighs 100kg+. My wife would have a different opinion on this) What should I compare it to? Obviously this is not the top grinder in the world, I don't expect it to be the same as a high-end table grinder. It's just brilliant for what it's designed for.

Az őrlő abszolút jó arra, amire vettem. Eszpresszóhoz utazós őrlő, simán viszi azt a tartományt, nem tart 1 percig 18g világos kávé megőrlése eszrpresszóhoz. (nekem, aki 100kg+ vagyok. Feleségem erről másképp nyilatkozna)
Mivel hasonlítsam? Nyilván nem ez a világ csúcsőrlője, nem azt várom tőle, mint egy high end asztali őrlőtől. Pont arra zseniális, amire ki van találva.

The 1ZPresso J-Ultra is a masterpiece. The level of precision is outstanding. I have found this amazing tool ideal for my Wacaco Picopresso where fine tuning the coffee size is one of the key factors in obtaining the perfect expresso. In this combination I would recommend 18g of medium to medium-dark 100% Arabica freshly roast and start with 1.3 rotations (130 clicks) then adjust based on results: if it is too fast / weak / watery / little resistance - grind finer (fewer clicks / lower setting); if it is too slow / choking / hard to pump / bitter - grind coarser (more clicks). The store personnel put a lovely note in the package that made my day and for that I am replying "multumesc din suflet <3". 5/5 for the product and 5/5 for the store XO

It offers a very wide range of adjustment options in the espresso line. In the case of blends, even the tiniest differences between bags from the same lot can be handled with it. It is easy to roll compared to the average hand grinder. The retention is not terrible, the tenth of a gram residue can be easily cleaned into the catchcup. Its magnets are of ideal strength, hold well, and dissolve easily. It is a clear improvement after Kingrinder, to the extent that it is worth the higher price. If you are hesitating whether to pay this increased price, I definitely recommend it. The grinding is more uniform, the retention is lower, the use is physically easier and thus a little faster. The material quality is better. I originally looked at these 4 years ago. Then I decided on the cheaper one. So looking back, it was a mistake, the 1zpresso is worth it, and for Espresso, the J-Ultra is highly recommended.

Espresso vonalon nagyon széles állítási lehetőséget nyújt. Blendek esetén az azonos lotból származó zacskók között meglévő hangyányi különbségek is kezelhetők vele. Könnyű tekerni a kéziőrlők átlagához képest. A retention nem vészes, a tizedgrammnyi maradék könnyen bepucolható a catchcupba. Ennek mágnesei ideális erősségűek, jól tartanak, könnyen oldanak. Kingrinder után egyértelmű előrelépés, a magasabb árnak megfelelő mértékben. Ha tanakodsz, hogy ezt az emelt árat kifizesd-e, egyértelműen ajánlom. Az őrlés uniformabb, a retention kisebb, a használat fizikailag könnyebb és így picit gyorsabb. Az anyagminőség jobb. Eredetileg is nézegettem ezeket 4 évvel ezelőtt. Akkor az olcsóbb mellett döntöttem. Így utólag visszanézve, hiba volt, az 1zpresso megéri, Espresso kapcsán a J-Ultra erősen ajánlott.

A compliment to the 4barista shop. The delivery was fast, the communication was good, and I really appreciated the handwritten greeting on the shipping box. I'd gladly buy from you again. The J-Ultra grinder is well-made and makes a very solid impression. The grind can be adjusted very finely, and even at fine grind settings, the effort required isn't excessive. I'm very satisfied with it.

Ein Kompliment an den 4barista Shop. Die Lieferung war schnell, die Kommunikation gut und die Geste einen handgeschriebenen Gruss auf den Lieferkarton zu schreiben fand ich sehr schön. Ich kaufe gerne wieder bei euch ein.

Die J-Ultra-Mühle ist gut verarbeitet und macht einen sehr soliden Eindruck. Der Mahlgrad lässt sich sehr fein einstellen und der Kraftaufwand ist auch bei feinen Mahlgraden nicht übermässig gross. Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit.

Perfect grinder, it also handles lighter roasts relatively easily. The materials used are absolutely premium, the design is ergonomic, I am extremely satisfied.

Tökéletes őrlő, világosabb pörkölést is relatíve könnyen visszi. Abszolút prémium az anyaghasználat, ergonomikus a kialakítás, maximálisan elégedett vagyok.

Very good grinder, which grinds coffee quickly and without too much effort compared to my previous grinder, and allows very fine grind settings, for espressos for example.

Très bon moulin, qui moud le café rapidement et sans trop d'effort par rapport à mon précédent moulin, et permet des réglages de mouture très fins, pour des espresso par exemple.
