The grinding thickness adjustment is external . The grinding thickness is adjusted on the ring at the top of the grinder, without the need to disassemble the grinder. There are up to 100 levels of grinding thickness adjustment to choose from. One step is only 8 microns , so the grinding thickness adjustment is very precise.
