Description
Flair 58 Plus 2 is the new flagship from Flair espresso range.
It is a professional lever coffee machine with a 58 mm portafilter, a robust construction, a T-shaped lever and adjustable electric preheating. Thanks to a new design with a T-shaped lever you can achieve even more pressure with less force than with the PRO2 and Classic / Signature models. The built-in pre-heater ensures a constant temperature during the entire extraction.
The Flair 58 Plus 2 version includes all the accessories of the Flair 58 Plus, while adding three key improvements:
- The preheating regulator is built directly into the base. The base also has an elegant wooden logo.
- The power source is significantly reduced, making the coffee machine easier to carry..
- A reduced number of cables and their connection, which reduces the risk of a possible malfunction.
The preheat system on the Flair 58 Plus 2 still has three different settings: low, medium, and high, which correspond to the cooking temperature required for dark, medium, and light roasts. And if you like to travel, Flair 58 Plus 2 can be easily detached to make espresso without any cables.
The Plus version comes with extra accessories in the package (walnut tamper, magnetic mirror). As a bonus, all the wooden elements in the Plus version are walnut (darker wood).
