+ Perfectly quiet, heavy, high-quality, great machine. - We are surprised that it is quite difficult to maintain the coarseness of the grind. Of course, previous grinders with weights also had to be constantly adjusted, but here we are waiting to see if it will work out somehow, because two espressos in a row are sometimes "not pushed through and the next one flows like a water pipe" which is strange. We really know what we are doing in 20 years of coffee roasting, but here we have stumbled. We will try other types of coffee to see if it is not a problem on the grain side. Anything is possible.
