I don't think there is a better water kettle out there. I had the older version in a different country and this new one introduces some bells and whistles, but frankly, I don't want it to boil at a specific time of day, because I make hot drinks at slightly different times, I would not want the visible clock to consume electricity when not in use, etc. The beautiful design, how well it pours and how well it sits in my hand, and the exact temperature I can set are my reasons for getting this kettle.
