Compared to the classic basket supplied, the difference was immediately visible at the first coffee. With the same grind, the coffee went through the basket much faster, which means that the extraction area declared by the manufacturer is indeed larger than in the classic basket. So the resistance put by the basket is less, and therefore more of the pressure is directed into the coffee and not into the basket, which for me is essential.

Oproti klasickému dodávanemu košíku bolo hneď vidieť rozdiel pri prvej káve. Pri rovnakom mleti prešla káva cez košík oveľa rýchlejšie, čo znamená že výrobcom deklarovaná plocha extrakcie je naozaj väčšia ako v klasickom košíku. Takze odpor ktorý kladie košík je menší, a teda väčšia časť tlaku smeruje do kávy a nie do košíku, čo je za mňa podstatné.

Compared to the VST, the espresso comes out sweeter with lower bitterness.
A gulf in quality separates them from standard strainers.

W porównaniu do VST espresso wychodzi słodsze z niższą goryczką.
Od standardowych sitek dzieli je przepaść jakosciowa.

High-quality workmanship. It allows you to grind finer than other baskets in the flair offer, which in my case translates into better taste.

Wysokiej jakości wykonanie. Pozwala mielić drobniej niż pozostałe koszyki w ofercie flair co przekłada się w moim przypadku na lepszy smak.

The light roasted single origin coffees make my decal shoot up! I was expecting a difference to the high flow, but not so much. Bomba!
For darker roasts also ok, but there I can't tell if high flow or high uniformity suits me more. The taste is a bit different, depends on personal preference.

Pri svetlo pražených single origin kávach mi ustreluje dekel! Čakal som rozdiel voči high flow, ale nie až takýto. Bomba!
Pre tmavšie praženie tiež ok, ale tam neviem povedať či mi viac vyhovuje high flow, alebo high uniformity. Chuť je trochu iná, záleží na osobnej preferencii.
