I've been using my Nanofoamer almost daily for a year now. It reliably produced perfect foam, especially for latte art. Then, unfortunately, it developed a technical defect. The service from Oekokapseln is incredibly fantastic! We received a response within a few hours, and a new device was immediately dispatched. It arrived today after just four days, along with a lovely note. Thank you so much, dear Ökokapseln team! You've gained another loyal customer. What amazing service!

Hatte meinen Nanofoamer jetzt ein Jahr lang fast täglich im Gebrauch. Stehts sehr zuverlässig den perfekten Schaum- besonders für Latte Art, gezaubert.
Dann hatte er leider einen Technischen Defekt.
Der Service von Oekokapseln ist unglaublich toll!!!
Wir haben innerhalb weniger Stunden eine Rückmeldung bekommen und es wurde ein neues Gerät auf den Weg gebracht.
Heute ist es schon nach 4 Tagen bei mir angekommen.
Dazu mit einer netten Nachricht.

I tried it after unpacking and it did its job perfectly! Unfortunately, the machine broke afterwards :(
Nevertheless, that one was perfect! So I sent this machine back , but I immediately ordered two more for friends . I think it makes a very good milk cream (if it works ) worth trying . Really cleaning is the most problematic part of using it . I am waiting for the other machines to arrive , of course I hope there will be no more bugs :)

Kicsomagolás után kipróbáltam és tökéletesen tette a dolgát! Sajnos utána elromlott a gépezet :(
Ennek ellenére az az egy tökéletes volt! Ezért ezt a gépet vissza küldtem , de rögtön rendeltem még kettőt a barátoknak is . Szerintem nagyon jó tej krémet készít (ha működik ) érdemes kipróbálni . Valóban a tisztítás a legproblémásabb része a használatnak. Várom hogy megérkezzen a többi gép is , persze remélem hogy nem lesz több bibi:)

I bought it with Flair pro 2, because my milk foam was not consistent with the manual nanofoamer v2. However, I am completely satisfied with this product. Cleaning it up is really more hassle than it should be, but even with that, it's worth the price.

Flair pro 2 mellé vettem, mert a kézi nanofoamer v2-vel nem volt konzisztens a tejhabom. Ezzel a termékkel viszont teljesen meg vagyok elégedve. A tisztitása tényleg körülményesebb, mint kellene lennie, de ezzel együtt is megéri az árát.

The materials are good, the concept is good. For latte art I had the best results with 180ml at level 2. If you don't put the same
amount of milk the end result will be different.
As for time it takes about 1:30 to froth, and the milk is somewhere around 45 degrees. The biggest downside is the cleaning, you have to rinse it off immediately after use, otherwise a lot of milk sticks to the bottom, and there is not much room to manoeuvre for cleaning, you get a brush in the pack but it's not enough.

Materialele sunt de calitate, conceptul este bun. Pentru latte art cele mai bune rezultate le am avut cu 180ml la nivelul 2. Daca nu pui aceeași
cantitate de lapte rezultatul final va fi diferit.
Ca și timp durează aproximativ 1:30 până frotează, iar laptele are undeva la 45 grade. Cel mai mare dezavantaj este curățatul, trebuie clătit imediat după ce a fost utilizat, altfel rămâne foarte mult lapte lipit pe fund, și nu prea există loc de manevră pt curățare,primești o pensulă în pachet dar nu e suficient.
