The CX-25P model is equipped with an integrated manometer (pressure gauge), which shows the boiler pressure in real-time. This allows you to know exactly when to start the extraction and when the steam is ready for milk frothing.

If your induction stove is not compatible, the product can be used with an induction interface disk (not included in the package).
The manufacturer recommends using the coffee maker on an induction plate to prevent overheating/scorching. When using with a gas burner, we recommend keeping the flame exclusively under the base.
