Compatible cookers: gas, electric, ceramic, fire in the hearth and some types of induction cookers. Induction must be suitable for 304 stainless steel.

If your induction cooker is not compatible, the product can be used with a reduction plate (not included in the package).

The manufacturer recommends using the coffee maker on an induction plate to avoid overheating/burning. When using a gas burner, we recommend keeping the flame under the base only.
