Compatible cooktops: gas, electric, ceramic, open fire and some types of induction cooktops. Induction must be suitable for 304 stainless steel.

If your induction stove is not compatible, the product can be used with an adapter/reduction plate (not included in the package).

The manufacturer recommends using the coffee maker on an induction plate to prevent overheating/scorching. When using it with a gas burner, we recommend keeping the flame exclusively under the base.
