How does it work?

The device works on the principle of direct measurement of the pressure of the water acting on the coffee pod. When the arms of the coffee maker are pressed, the piston creates pressure on the hot water in the strainer. Part of the water is then guided through a flexible tube to the T-split, where it acts on the pressure gauge sensor. This immediately displays the pressure value in bars, i.e. the exact force with which you extract the coffee - in real time and without delay.

Cafelat Robot Tee & Gauge, package includes:

• 1x T-split (Tee) – aluminum bridge for two sensors.
• 1x Analog pressure gauge - classic dial with a range of 0–12 bar.
• 1x Assembly kit - screw and tube needed to connect to the coffee maker piston.

BOOKOO espresso monitor is not included in the package .
