Description
BOOKOO Cafelat Robot Tee & Gauge is a special accessory for Cafelat Robot coffee machines that allows you to connect a pressure gauge and other measuring devices to one outlet of the coffee machine at the same time. Thanks to this, you can monitor the pressure in real time while preparing espresso and record accurate measurement data.
The analog pressure gauge is located on the top of the coffee maker, so you look directly at the needle when you push the Robot's arms.
This set not only offers classic analog pressure measurement on a clear dial, but thanks to its clever "T" design, it also serves as a connection point for the BooKoo Espresso Monitor smart sensor. It combines both traditional and modern approaches to extraction measurement in one solution.
BOOKOO espresso monitor is not included in the package .
Main functions and features

How does it work?
The device works on the principle of direct measurement of the pressure of the water acting on the coffee pod. When the arms of the coffee maker are pressed, the piston creates pressure on the hot water in the strainer. Part of the water is then guided through a flexible tube to the T-split, where it acts on the pressure gauge sensor. This immediately displays the pressure value in bars, i.e. the exact force with which you extract the coffee - in real time and without delay.
Create a professional diagnostic station : by connecting Espresso Monitora and the BooKoo Themis Mini scale, you will see the interaction of pressure and flow in real time on a common graph .
Cafelat Robot Tee & Gauge, package includes:
- 1x T-split (Tee) – aluminum bridge for two sensors.
- 1x Analog pressure gauge - classic dial with a range of 0–12 bar.
- 1x Assembly kit - screw and tube needed to connect to the coffee maker piston.
BOOKOO espresso monitor is not included in the package .
