The BOOKOO Flair 58 / Flair 58 Plus2 Tee & Gauge is an accessory for the Flair58 manual coffee machine that allows you to split the pressure output and connect both an analog pressure gauge and a digital Espresso Monitor sensor at the same time. This allows you to monitor the pressure in real time while preparing espresso and record accurate measurement data.
This adapter is designed for espresso enthusiasts who want maximum control over extraction.

How does it work?
The adapter is installed between the coffee machine and the pressure gauge. Thanks to this, the pressure gauge measures the pressure that is created directly during espresso extraction.
The adapter also splits one output of the coffee maker into two, so you can connect both an analog pressure gauge and a digital Bookoo sensor at the same time. This allows you to monitor the pressure in real time during extraction, while accurately measuring and recording data.
