Cafe equipment - Portafilter

The portafilter, also called the "lever," is an important part of any manual espresso machine. It holds the filter basket with ground coffee during the espresso brewing process.

There are different types of portafilters: classic models with one or two spouts, bottomless (naked) portafilters, and pressurized versions designed for home users.

Dosing cup is a practical tool for everyday coffee preparation. It can be used for weighing coffee beans or for already ground coffee. You can grind directly into the dosing cup and tip the coffee directly into the lever .
