The Mignon Libra 65 automatic coffee grinder is a universal grinder designed for all coffee preparation methods, from espresso to pour-over. Thanks to the weight-based grinding system, it can prepare exactly the amount of coffee you set, with high repeatability - ideal for home baristas and smaller operations.
The Eureka Mignon Libra 65 All Purpose features superior 65 mm flat grinding stones for fast and consistent results, patented continuous micrometric coarseness adjustment , new comfortable control dial with counter, low retention thanks to the innovative upper stone mounting, ACE antistatic technology , quiet operation and a universal adjustable fork.
The quiet operation that the Mignon model line is famous for has also been preserved. Thanks to Silent System technology, the noise level is only around 60 dB, which you will appreciate especially in a home environment.
New improvements to the Libra 65 All Purpose model:
- 65 mm “All-Purpose” burrs - engineered for optimal performance across all brewing methods, from fine espresso to various filter preparations. Their larger diameter provides a wider grinding surface, naturally resulting in higher speed and more uniform particle consistency. The blind upper burr design significantly reduces retention, ensuring that very little ground coffee remains inside the grinder and each new cycle begins with a fresh dose.
- Minimized retention – the “blind upper burr” construction prevents coffee from getting trapped inside the mechanism. As a result, every grind delivers fresh coffee and dosing accuracy is improved.
- Improved All-Purpose Fork - The new all-purpose fork adapts to both the portafilter and the drip tray for alternative methods, with easy, quick height adjustment without any tools.
- “King-Size Dial”- the larger grind adjustment dial provides better ergonomics and includes a revolution counter, making it easier to switch between different grind settings and return to previous ones with precision.
