What coffee is best to use?

Since a capsule coffee machine works differently than a regular lever espresso machine, it is advisable to choose a coffee that can create a more pronounced crema. Good results can be achieved with Lavazza coffees, for example, but other quality coffees are also suitable according to your preferences.

How to achieve a richer cream?

It is especially important to choose the right coffee and the correct way to fill the capsule. We recommend using approximately 7 g of coffee and then pressing it evenly with a plastic plunger.

The fineness of the grind, the amount of coffee and the strength of its pressing can also affect the result.

What are the advantages of refillable capsules?

The main advantages include:

Disposable Nespresso® capsules puncture the coffee machine. Can't a stainless steel capsule SEALPOD damage the coffee machine?

No. The stainless steel capsule SEALPOD is designed to be compatible with specific coffee machines. It is shorter than a regular disposable capsule, so when the coffee machine is closed, the piercing elements of the capsule do not touch the same way as with the original capsule.
