What is the difference between the Timemore 078S and 078 models, and for whom is the 078S more suitable?
Aký je rozdiel medzi modelom Timemore 078S a 078 a pre koho je 078S vhodnejší?
The 078 model features stepped adjustment for grind settings optimised for filter coffee, whilst the 078S has stepless adjustment, which allows for the finer fine-tuning required specifically for espresso. The 078S is therefore more suitable if you make espresso regularly or experiment with lighter roasts, where subtle changes in grind size make a difference.
Model 078 má krokové (stepped) nastavenie hrubosti optimalizované na filtrovanú kávu, zatiaľ čo 078S má plynulé (stepless) nastavenie, ktoré umožňuje jemnejšie doladenie potrebné práve pre espresso. 078S je preto vhodnejší, ak pripravujete espresso pravidelne alebo experimentujete so svetlejšími praženiami, kde záleží na drobných zmenách hrubosti mletia.

Although the 078S is primarily designed for espresso, in practice it also performs well with pour-over methods, where it produces a fuller-bodied brew. For users who mainly make filter coffee and only occasionally make espresso, it may be sufficient, but for maximum flavour purity in filter coffee, the 078 model is still better suited.
