- Innovative Grinding Burrs - The 078S model is equipped with specially designed 78 mm flat burrs. These are optimized for high grind uniformity, meaning minimal dust particles ("fines"). As a result, you achieve a clean taste with a clear texture in espresso, and a sparkling acidity without unwanted bitterness in filter coffee (e.g., V60).
- Patented „Rotary Knocker“ (Residue Remover) - One of the biggest problems with grinders is retention (residual coffee inside). The Sculptor 078S features a mechanical "knocker" at the coffee exit.
