The 9Barista Heat Transfer Plate acts as a thermal adapter between your heat source and the coffee maker itself. This element is designed to improve heat transfer and ensure a more stable, even temperature distribution when using different types of stoves.

This is an improved version of the original thermal adapter and is made from a single piece of aluminum , making it more robust and will not warp or delaminate. The heat transfer plate is black in color, but after some use it will turn red and then silver, as shown in the image in the gallery. This is completely normal and is a useful indicator that the plate is providing enough heat to your coffee maker.

It comes standard with the 9Barista coffee machine.
