Very high quality machine. It is very pleasant to use. It takes a little practice but it's worth it.
I combined it with the 1Zpresso J-Ultra grinder, it just seems to need a relatively finer grind than a normal espresso machine to get over 7 bar.
Also at the moment what seems to work best for me is: high flow rate basket, + paper filter along with puck-screen (i.e. in the end it's puck-screen -> paper filter --> coffee).

Πολύ ποιοτικό μηχάνημα. Είναι πολύ ευχάριστο στην χρήση. Θέλει λίγη εξάσκηση αλλά αξίζει.
Το συνδύασα με τον μύλο 1Zpresso J-Ultra, φαίνεται απλά να θέλει σχετικά πιο ψιλό άλεσμα από ότι σε μια νορμάλ εσπρεσιέρα, για να πιάσεις πάνω από 7 bar.
Επίσης προς το παρόν αυτό που φαίνεται να δουλεύει καλύτερα για μένα είναι: high flow rate basket, + paper filter μαζί με το puck-screen (δηλαδή στο τέλος είναι puck-screen -> paper filter --> coffee).

Long dreamed thing finally! It is natural step forward after almost 2 years of using Flair pro 2 on daily basis. Bigger, stiffer, nice looking device! Beware of the grinder, my Timemore S 3 that perfectly fit for Pro 2 barely able to grind for low flow basket and absolutely no-go for high flow one, can be workarounded for a while by putting shims on top of top bearing, but better to find more espresso specific grinder. Flair 58 will be you good coffee-mate for long time :)

If you have time to do a 5-10 min ritual, that's great. And if you've never made coffee like this before, count on taking a while to learn:-). I think it's fun.

Pokud máte čas, si udělat 5-10 min rituál, tak je super. A pokud jste takto kávu nikdy nepřipravovali, tak počítejte, že se to budete chvilku učit:-). Za mě je to zábava.

The simplicity of heating makes it a super quick espresso maker. I used to use a boiler lever espresso machine with a steam nozzle, but by preferring a clean espresso, this machine is fully sufficient for me and preparing the first shot is also significantly faster and eliminates any complicated head cleaning and I can use the same process (grinder, tamper, lever) as I was used to. So the price is similar to the boiler machine, but the brew time and the possibilities of playing with the pressure profile take espresso brewing to the next level. Ideal for the toymaker who isn't afraid to experiment.

Jednoduchost nahřívání z něj dělá super rychlíka na přípravu espressa. Dřív jsem používal bojlerový pákový kávovar s parní tryskou, ale tím že upřednostňuji čísté espresso, mi tento strojek plně dostačuje a příprava prvního shotu je i výrazně rychlejší a odpadá jakékoliv složité čištění hlavy a při tom můžu využít stejný postup (mlýnek, tamper, páka) jak jsem byl zvyklý. Cena je tedy podobná té mašince s bojlerem, ale čas přípravy a možnosti hrátek s tlakovým profilem posouvají přípravu espressa na další úroveň. Ideální pro hračičky co se nebojí experimentovat.

I have had a Rok Espresso Maker for many years, it has served me well, but I have never managed to make espresso as good as in this Flair 58 +2. It also matches the price, but it's worth it. If you want a manual machine, I recommend this one.

Měl jsem mnoho let Rok Espresso Maker, sloužil dobře, ale nikdy se mi nepodařilo vyrobit espresso tak dobré, jako v tomto Flair 58 +2. Kontrola tlaku, předehřev, nikde nic nekape okolo, kvalita zpracování - vše je na vysoké úrovni. Také tomu odpovídá cena, ale stojí to za to. Pokud chcete ruční stroj, tak tento doporučuji.
