Varia AKU Mini – digital coffee scale

The Varia AKU mini Scale is a compact coffee scale from Varia Brewing for espresso and filter coffee. Measuring 100 × 80 × 13 mm, it fits on the drip tray of many espresso machines and is easy to take with you.

It weighs with 0.01 g resolution up to a maximum load of 500 g. Alongside weight and brewing time, it can display the live flow rate. It offers manual and automatic modes, plus a dedicated AKU Spro mode for tracking espresso preparation.
