Bottomless portafilter with a diameter of 54 mm, designed for espresso machines with a 54 mm group head and a 3-lug mounting system, especially machines from Breville / Sage (54 mm series) and Solis.
The portafilter is made of high-quality stainless steel. The bottomless design allows visual control of the extraction, easier adjustment of grind size and coffee dose, and better diagnostics of extraction issues when preparing espresso.
The naked portafilter also includes a stainless steel basket/strainer for a double dose of espresso (14-16g).
Compatible with:
- Sage / Breville 54 mm – 8 series, for example: Barista Express, Barista Pro, Barista Touch, Bambino Plus, Duo-Temp Pro.
- Solis Barista Perfetta Plus (type 1170)

A bottomless portafilter , also known as a naked portafilter , is a professional Portafilter without a bottom - meaning it does not have the traditional metal "bottom carrier" for the spouts. Instead, the bottom is completely open, so the espresso flows directly from the filter head without being guided by the spout tubes.
