Flair Café kettle digital gooseneck kettle is the perfect coffee accessory, not only for Flair mechanical coffee machines. It allows you to regulate the amount of water you pour, giving you greater consistency when preparing pour-over coffee.

The kettle has three heating modes and an internal memory.

Features of the Flair Café Kettle:

Quick Boil - The Quick Boil function allows you to heat water to boiling temperature at the touch of a button. Or select a specific boiling temperature using the easy-to-use knob with digital display. The selected temperature is stored in the kettle's memory until you unplug it.

WARM - once the water has been heated to the desired temperature, the WARM function maintains the temperature for 30 minutes.

Quick Boil & WARM - This function is ideal for those who want to boil water before it reaches a set temperature. The kettle automatically heats the water to the boiling point and then maintains it at the pre-selected temperature for 30 minutes.
