Have you ever been to a café and been served a coffee with a picture of foam on it? This is called latte art. It is a technique for creating different images in the milk foam of coffee or chocolate.
You can make simple pictures or patterns by pouring milk foam at the right angle.
More complex images with details in the milk foam are created by using a barista pen.

Hand milk whisker – manual
Make the perfect milk foam for cappuccino or latte, or different types of sauces with this milk foamer. How to do it: Pour 3 cm of semi-skimmed milk, cooled to about 5°C (milk from the fridge), into the whisk bowl. Whisk until frothy enough to make 2 or 3 servings of cappuccino. Milk with a fat content of at least 1.5% makes an excellent milk foam, which can replace whipping cream or cream with a fat content of 10-33%.
