Description

Varia FLO 55 50 GSM SLOW are paper filters from Varia Brewing for brewing filter coffee in the Varia FLO 55 dripper. The SLOW variant offers a slower flow rate, allowing you to adjust the extraction process through your choice of filter.

Features of FLO paper filters Varia:

  • Slower SLOW flow rate – allows water to pass through the filter more slowly than the FAST variant. Your choice of filter lets you influence the extraction process and tailor brewing to your coffee and recipe.
  • 50 GSM paper weight – with a basis weight of 50 g/m², this paper is the heavier FLO filter variant. Alongside grind size and pouring technique, it provides another way to adjust your brewing results.
  • Format designed for the Varia FLO 55 dripper – the filters are shaped to fit the Varia FLO 55 dripper. In the FLO system, you can combine your choice of paper with interchangeable flow-control discs to experiment with different extraction settings.
  • Pack of 100 filters – a practical supply for everyday filter coffee brewing and comparing recipes. When testing different settings, you can use the same paper variant to observe how other changes affect the final cup.

A suitable choice if you want to use a slower-flowing paper filter in the Varia FLO 55 and experiment with your brewing recipe.
