Description

TIMEMORE Fish PRO X is an electric pour-over kettle with a gooseneck spout, precise temperature control and a capacity of 900 ml. It is designed primarily for brewing filter coffee using V60, Chemex, Kalita or AeroPress methods, for which precise water temperature and controlled flow rate are essential.

Compared to the previous generation of Fish PRO, it features tempX technology, which continuously adjusts the heating output to the temperature setting. The result is faster heating and temperature hold with a declared deviation of no more than ±0.5 °C. The patented gooseneck spout enables precise control of the pouring speed, from a gentle stream for finishing coffee extraction to faster pouring for creating more intense turbulence.

Key features of the Timemore Fish PRO X kettle:

  • Dynamic heating temp X – the kettle continuously calculates the required power output rather than simply switching the heating element on and off. This means the water reaches the temperature setting more quickly and with less fluctuation.
  • Accuracy ±0.5 °C – the temperature can be adjusted in 0.5 °C increments, making it easier to tailor the water to a specific coffee and recipe.
  • Temperature range 40–98 °C – allows water to be heated not only for filter coffee, but also for teas and other drinks requiring a lower temperature.
  • Keep-warm function – the tempX system continuously delivers the necessary power to maintain the water at the selected temperature, with a specified tolerance of ±0.5 °C.
  • Grooveboard control panel – the temperature setting can be performed by tapping or swiping your finger across the touchscreen. Short taps are used for fine adjustment, whilst swiping allows for a quicker change in value.
  • LED display – displays the water temperature and responds more quickly than the display on the previous model.
  • Patented gooseneck spout – allows you to smoothly adjust the flow rate from very slow pouring up to approximately 16 g/s.

 

  • Automatic altitude adjustment – the kettle recognises the change in boiling point at higher altitudes and automatically stops heating when the appropriate temperature is reached.
  • Protection against boiling dry – the system checks the water level before the heating element is activated, helping to prevent damage to the kettle.
  • 304 stainless steel inner jug – the material is corrosion-resistant, does not absorb odours and is suitable for long-term contact with water.
  • Wooden thumb rest – an ergonomic feature made from water-resistant wood improves grip and control when pouring.
  • Safe steam venting – concealed vents under the lid direct steam upwards and away from the user’s fingers.
  • 900 ml capacity – suitable for making one or more portions of filter coffee.

The TIMEMORE Fish PRO X is suitable for both home users and baristas who require precise temperature settings and excellent flow rate control when preparing filter coffee.
