- S2C-040 Conical Grinding Burrs - The heart of the grinder features 40 mm conical burrs made of hardened stainless steel, manufactured using advanced 5-axis CNC technology. - Dual Hopper with 150 Adjustment Steps - The grind coarseness setting is integrated directly into the bean hopper itself. By turning the upper ring, you control a micrometric mechanism that offers up to 150 extremely fine steps (with a shift of only 10 µm per single click). Additionally, the hopper is fully removable, allowing immediate access to the grinding chamber for quick and hassle-free maintenance without the need to disassemble complex machinery.
- Intelligent Design and Ergonomics - Magnetic centering of the collection cup (catch cup) ensures that the container always perfectly aligns with the chute, preventing a mess on the barista's workspace.
